JOB DESCRIPTION:
Adecco Engineering & Technical is seeking 2 experienced Maintenance Mechanics for a position with one of it's dynamic and fast growing clients. If you have 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a production facility and have the following skill sets this dynamic opportunity could be for you!
You will be assisting and supporting the maintenance supervisor with planning and the operational testing, fabrication and assembly within and outside the production facility.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:
--Participate in and support the operations of R&D and testing facilities.
--Provides conceptual design, fabricates and assembles new or existing mechanical components or assemblies to facilitate and support testing.
--Ability to Weld solder and braze a variety of metal alloys
--Purchase/ Identify support materials and equipment as required.
--Assist in the setup and operation of test equipment and makes repair and modifications as required.
--Provides support to clients in other facilities.
--Set up and performs all machine and bench operations necessary to make alter or repair exiting or new R&D functions.
--Performs many facility repair and maintenance functions through out the facility both on site and offsite:
1) Electrical
2) Plumbing and Pipefitting
3) Carpentry
4) Painting
5) Mechanical
- Associates Degree a plus.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
