Seeking a Portal Solutions Architect for a Direct Hire opportunity with a leading company in Englewood, CO.
The Portal Solutions Architect position will lead discovery sessions with client IT and business decision-makers to uncover their business pains and their needs concerning improved and streamlined business productivity. Identify, recommend, install, configure, customize and administer solutions to meet client requirements.
The Portal Solutions Architect should be experienced in delivering high quality solutions and have a proven technical background, strong analytical skills, well-rounded business/industry experience, and a flair for customer satisfaction. Should have experience across many projects and technologies. This is an opportunity to be a major contributor to the effect design and release of new services as well as to stretch your technical skills to their limits.
The successful candidate will have the following relevant skills and experience:
-Bachelors degree in computer science or business.
-3-5 years of experience in progressively challenging technical roles developing and deploying solutions.
-3-5 years of experience with object-oriented design and architectural practices and design patterns.
-Technical and business writing skills.
-Project management skills.
-Experience in business systems analysis.
-Demonstrated knowledge of corporate portal applications and solutions
-Ability to oversee highly complex projects with high visibility and high impact on the business.
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Strong architectural and design skills and the ability to formulate a solution from client requirements.
-Strong ability to assist clients with business requirements for solutions and create the appropriate information architecture.
