We have an excellent opportunity for an Oracle Financials Manager!

This position reports into a Director within the IT department team and is responsible for hiring, developing, leading and motivating a high performance team of Business Analysts and Developers in our organization emphasizing timely and high-quality project delivery within an Oracle Financials environment.

This role requires constant interaction with the senior leadership of the Finance business unit and to proactively and cooperatively identify areas for improved processes and opportunities to increase the operational effectiveness of the business. You will also be required to develop, maintain and communicate strategic feature/function roadmaps for these business areas.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to organizational definition, career development and effective skill level management of multi level professionals to ensure that business strategies are understood and supported, project needs are met, ROI is delivered, documentation is maintained and employee retention and growth goals are met. Additionally, this person also collects, reviews and analyzes metrics regarding unit effectiveness, efficiency, utilization and quality and sets direction to ensure goals are achieved. This position has frequent contact with business strategists, project managers, and managerial peers, the entire applications team, and may also deal with independent software vendors.

Basic Qualifications:
- 4 year college degree in CIS/MIS or related technical field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 6+ years of staff management experience
- 10+ years of Oracle Financials implementation and support experience
